Order Policy

I understand that The Cookie Den makes every effort to accommodate customer requests, however since products are made to order and require several days to complete there will be no guarantee of order changes or cancellation requests. I understand that in order to secure a custom order a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Failure to pay a deposit in a timely manner will result in your cookie spot to given to the next available client. Please contact The Cookie Den at hello@thecookieden.com immediately if there is an issue, and we will try to accommodate you. Due to the nature of the products, please be aware that The Cookie Den default policy is that all sales are final.
